The annual membership fee of $300 enables you to exercise for less than a dollar per day! ($300/365 days = 82 cents per day!)

Insurance Coverage

Some health insurance plans cover your gym membership. We participate in the following programs:

	Memberships for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare members 65 and older is called “Silver & Fit” (one time $25 co-pay). Check your health plan for other coverage.
	Preferred TriVantage/Active Lifestyles — $300 per year reimbursement toward Lady Be Fit Express membership or Health Dollars reimbursement of $50 to $100.
